We have created this facility to assist Intermediary clients with submitting a new account request form to our Online Services Team and also to create a supporting Account Application Letter to forward or direct your client to, along with an ISA application form where appropriate.

New Account Request:

Please click on the appropriate button below to commence the completion of our new account request form, be it for an individual or joint account. You will need to make sure that you have all the relevant investor information to populate the form.

Once you have populated the form and signed the Professional Adviser declaration, you will be emailed a copy of the completed form for your records. Your requirements will be forwarded to our Online Services Team, who will in turn come back to you with a note of the allocated account reference(s) and your client’s unique access rights to the web portal.

Account Application Letter/ISA Application Form

To assist you in generating the supporting Account Application Letter and where appropriate an ISA application form, you may commence the completion of either, by clicking on the appropriate button below. Once you have completed the Letter or Application and signed the Intermediary declaration, your client will be sent an email link to the completed document. Once they have signed the Letter or Application, they will be provided with a copy for their records, a further copy being sent to you and another to our Online Services Team, in meeting your requirements. When applying for an ISA, please provide the underlying client with a copy of our Privacy Policy along with our Order Execution Policy, links to which are below.

If you are planning to submit a New Joint Account Request Form, then please complete the Account Application Letter for the primary investor and Account Application Letter Additional Client form for the joint party to the account.
